Purchase Agreement

A $300.00 deposit is required in order to hold the puppy of your choice. All deposits must be made by Direct Bank Deposit or Cash. Do not send a U. S. Postal order as these can only be cashed in the United States. We do not accept personal cheques.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don’t the puppy you forfeit your deposit. If something happens to this puppy (death before it is picked up, buyer doesn’t like it or decides to wait for another litter), you make another choice from the next AVAILABLE litter, not the NEXT LITTER DUE, unless there are pups available in the next litter due. Your deposit can be applied to that choice.

Choice of puppies is decided on first come (deposit received) first chosen basis.

All shipping costs are the BUYERS responsibility. Buyers should be aware that weather and holidays can affect shipping.

Payment must be made in full before releasing the puppy.
