Purchase Agreement

A $300.00 deposit is required in order to hold the puppy of your choice. All deposits must be made by Direct Bank Deposit or Cash. Do not send a U. S. Postal order as these can only be cashed in the United States. We do not accept personal cheques.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don’t the puppy you forfeit your deposit. If something happens to this puppy (death before it is picked up, buyer doesn’t like it or decides to wait for another litter), you make another choice from the next AVAILABLE litter, not the NEXT LITTER DUE, unless there are pups available in the next litter due. Your deposit can be applied to that choice.

Choice of puppies is decided on first come (deposit received) first chosen basis.

All shipping costs are the BUYERS responsibility. Buyers should be aware that weather and holidays can affect shipping.

Payment must be made in full before releasing the puppy.  2 YEARS PUPPY GUARANTEE

1. A healthy pup upon arrival.
2. You must get the pup health checked by your vet within the week of arrival.
3. The pups come with a vet certification if shipped; otherwise request for health certificate must be requested if pup is to be picked up, it is the owners responsibility to have the pup vet checked within the first week of arrival to your home.
4. We guarantee against hip displasia for the first 2 years [crippling dysplasia] the dogs hips have to be compared to bulldogs and, and not the hips of another breed. X-rays also have to be sent to my veterinarian here. This part of the guarantee will be void for excessively overweight dogges; excess weight is detrimental to the joints of growing pups.
5. We guarantee against eye entropion due to genetics, entropion caused by injuries to the eye or eyes void this part of the contract. A scratched eye or injured eye that causes squinting for long periods may cause eyelids to be trained to roll in this breed.
6. We guarantee against severe breathing disorder
7. We guarantee against genetic heart disease [heart murmurs] etc.
8. We guarantee against elbow and knee displasia as well up to two years; this part of the guarantee will be void for excessively overweight dogges; excess weight is detrimental to the joints of growing pups.
9. We guarantee against generalized demodex [with generalized demodex dogs will lose 40% or more hair], medication for demodex is not effective if it is generalized. In the case of a diagnosed generalized case, the dogge must be sent back for assessment by my veterinarian and myself. If any occurs, we will replace the puppy. The buyer must return original pup for replacement and the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
10. Localized demodex (demodex that shows a spot or two) can be treated and cured, and in most cases will not reoccur. We do not replace pups for localized demodex because it is curable and occurs in puppies because of stress and from growth spirts [most vets have differing views because they do not fully understand it.] The #1 problem in bulldogges is the skin & coat, a healthy diet is needed to maintain a healthy coat, we will supply
information upon request on how and what to do to maintain a healthy coat.
12. We guarantee against the above, also as stated above we replace original puppy if it is returned; original puppy must be returned unaltered for contract to be valid.
